By accessing or using Nomad Alpha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nomad Alpha is a cloud-based trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders track, review, and analyse their trading performance. The Service includes features such as trade importing, equity curve tracking, strategy reports, and performance analytics.

Nomad Alpha is intended for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

To use the Service you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Nomad Alpha offers a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with full access. Feature limitations of the Free plan may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

The Pro plan is billed on a monthly or annual basis as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Pro plan. To request a refund, contact us at support@nomadalpha.com. Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods after the 7-day window.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform's security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties

All content, features, and design of the Service — including the Nomad Alpha name, logo, and platform — are the property of Nomad Alpha and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your trade data remains your property. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nomad Alpha does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analytical data or reports.

Nomad Alpha is not a financial advisor. All trade analytics are for informational purposes only. Past performance shown on the platform does not guarantee future results. You trade at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Alpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
