Nomad Alpha ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

By using Nomad Alpha, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and display name (via Clerk authentication).

Trade data: When you import or manually enter trades, we store the trade details you provide (symbol, date, P&L, strategy, etc.) in our database.

Journal entries: Any text, tags, or images you add to your daily journal are stored as part of your account data.

Usage data: We may collect anonymised usage statistics (page visits, feature usage) to improve the platform. We do not track individual user behaviour for advertising purposes.

Payment data: We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and your Stripe customer ID.

We retain your account and trade data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (Settings → Reset / Delete Account), all your personal data and trade history is permanently deleted from our database within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Export your trade data at any time from the Trade List page
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

Nomad Alpha uses essential cookies only — for session authentication (managed by Clerk) and storing your preferences (e.g. active account). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted database connections (TLS), secure authentication via Clerk, and role-based access controls via Supabase Row Level Security (RLS). No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nomad Alpha is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
